Scope of application:
Suitable for extrusion of PVC pipe, profile and sheet foam products.

Composition and Process:
A. The cylinder is made of high quality 38CrMoALA forging material, tempered and tempered HB290-320, and finished by NITREX nitriding furnace overall nitriding, nitriding depth 0.5-0.7mm, hardness HV860-980, and metallographic structure above level 2.
B. The barrel is made of 42CrMo material, tempered HB290-320, and inlaid with German HPT1 powder alloy sleeve. The thickness of the alloy is greater than 7 mm, hardness HRC58-62, the shell of the barrel can be recycled, and the internal alloy sleeve can be replaced after wear.
